Laborer

Job Description

At Warner Enterprises, our laborers are more than just extra hands—they’re an essential part of every job we take on. From site prep to clean-up to supporting the operators and crew, we count on our laborers to help keep things moving and the jobsite running smooth.

This role is physical and hands-on. You’ll be assisting with trenching, grading, materials, cleanup, and anything else the day calls for. One day it might be helping form up concrete, the next it’s laying pipe or checking grade. If you’re dependable, ready to learn, and take pride in a hard day’s work, we want to talk.

✅ What Makes a Good Fit:

  • Reliable, on time, and ready to work each day

  • Willing to learn and take direction from crew leads and foremen

  • Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in all conditions

  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods

  • Experience on construction sites is a plus, but not required

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test

  • Valid driver’s license and transportation preferred
