We’re an excavation and sitework company, and our drivers play a critical role in getting the work done right—from hauling materials to staying ahead of traffic and keeping things on schedule.

This position comes with real responsibility. You’ll be expected to conduct a morning inspection of your truck and equipment ensuring they stay clean and safe, and be ready to adjust when things inevitably change on site. Flexibility, communication, and awareness go a long way out here.

The ideal candidate shows up early, drives safe, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do next. You’ll be hauling everything from gravel to equipment, sometimes on short notice. Our crews rely on you to stay ahead of the work not behind it.

✅ What Makes a Good Fit:

  • A solid work ethic and a good attitude—we care more about how you show up than how long you've been doing it

  • Valid Class A CDL (for Lowboy drivers)

  • Valid Class B CDL (for Dump Truck drivers)

  • Current DOT Health Card

  • Experience hauling equipment with a detach lowboy (for lowboy applicants)

  • Ability to operate and load/unload with different types of equipment

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

  • Access to a smartphone (we use mobile tools for scheduling and updates)

  • Proven safe driving record (references required)
