Job Description
Warner Enterprises is looking for foremen who know how to keep a site moving, keep a crew focused, and still isn’t afraid to jump in when it counts. If you’ve got experience in excavation, grading, utilities, or concrete—and you know how to lead by example—this is your spot.
Our foremen are expected to manage daily site operations while staying hands-on. That means keeping track of progress, coordinating with the superintendent, and making sure your crew has what they need to do the job right. You’ll be running equipment one minute and solving a layout question the next.
We take pride in doing clean, efficient work that’s built to last. We’re looking for someone who takes that seriously—not just for the client, but for the team working beside them. This role is ideal for someone who knows the work firsthand, and is ready to take the lead while staying connected to the crew.
✅ What Makes a Good Fit:
Experience in excavation, utilities, or concrete (5+ years preferred)
Past leadership or crew lead experience
Ability to operate and troubleshoot field equipment
Can read grade stakes and site plans confidently
Comfortable working in the field—not just managing from the sidelines
Dependable, clear communicator, and solution-oriented
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
