Job Description

At Warner Enterprises, we’re looking for experienced operators who know their way around a machine and take pride in doing the job right. If you’re confident on an excavator, dozer, skid steer, or loader—and you know how to move dirt with precision and care—you’ll fit right in.

This is more than just running equipment. Our operators are trusted to keep the job moving, maintain safe conditions, and work alongside the crew to hit deadlines without cutting corners. You’ll be expected to stay aware, make smart decisions, and step out of the cab when the job calls for it.

We work on a range of projects—site prep, utilities, custom grading, ponds, retaining walls—so versatility is a plus. If you can run multiple types of machines and understand how the work fits together, we want to hear from you.

✅ What Makes a Good Fit:

  • Solid experience running heavy equipment—excavators, dozers, loaders, and more

  • Familiarity with site prep, trenching, backfill, and finish work

  • Can follow grades, layout, or basic site plans when needed

  • Willing to work in and out of the machine depending on the job

  • Comfortable with fast-moving job sites and changing conditions

  • Good communication skills and a team-first mindset

  • Strong awareness of safety and surroundings at all times

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Punctual, dependable, and ready to work when you show up
